Doctrinal Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be divinely inspired, inerrant, and the final authority for faith and conduct.

We believe in the One True God, eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became a man without ceasing to be God, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. We believe that He redeemed us by His death on the cross and that our justification is made sure by His physical resurrection from the dead. We believe that Jesus ascended to heaven and is now exalted at the right hand of God.

We believe that God created man in God’s own image. Through Adam’s sin all human beings inherited a sinful nature and became alienated from God.

We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ, whose blood was shed on the cross for the forgiveness of sins.

We believe in the church universal, consisting only of those who are born again, called the Body and Bride of Christ. The evidence today is the local church where believers exercise spiritual gifts through the power of the Holy Spirit.

We believe marriage is a union designed by God and that it is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman and God for a lifetime.

We believe in the personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to earth and the establishment of His kingdom. We believe in the resurrection of the body, the final judgment, the eternal joy of the righteous and the endless suffering of the wicked.
